Rating: ✰✰✰✰✰ (5 out of 5 stars)

My Thoughts:
The NIV ReadEasy Bible is a daily reading bible. It is a great portable size, lightweight, and easy to lay flat. The features include a nice large print, leather Italian Duo-Tone cover, Christ’s words highlighted in red, and a ribbon marker. It’s a very simple bible that contains an index, footnotes, and a table of weights and measurements. The version is New International.

I was very excited to receive this bible for two reasons. One, my old bible is the Young Women of Faith by Zonderkidz bible and the devotionals it contained were much too young for me. Two, I have been really wanting a nice, leather bound bible that I could use simply to read God’s Word. This bible completely satisfied me. I love that there were no distracting messages all over the place. While devotionals and commentary are nice at times, I like to be able to focus on the scripture and this bible allowed me to do that. The large print and typeface make it very easy to read. The black leather cover is soft, attractive, and durable. I also appreciated the ribbon marker and Christ’s words highlighted in red. It really is the perfect bible for me. If you are looking for a bible with no distractions and that’s easy to read, then the NIV ReadEasy Bible is a great choice for you!

**I received this book free from BookLook Bloggers in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts are entirely my own.
