Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Peanut Butter Skillet Cookie

March 24, 2014 by Bekah 5 Comments

A cookie made in a skillet. Whoever thought of this genius idea? When my sister first saw the recipe on Averie Cooks, we knew we had to try it.

My sister Natasha made this cookie for my birthday breakfast…and oh. em. gee. This cookie is like all of the yummy things you can possibly eat in one bite! It’s a peanut butter cookie in a chocolate chip cookie in an oatmeal cookie! It’s one of the best cookies I’ve ever tasted.

You want to hear how it’s even better? We added a scoop of Breyer’s Homemade Vanilla ice cream on top. Right out of the oven. Oh my gosh just thinking about it makes me want more!

Trust me on this one. It’s so amazingly delicious. A new favorite. Thanks, sis!

Recipe from Averie Cooks

This cookie is amazing.
Oatmeal cookie dough, chocolate chips, and a peanut butter sweetened condensed milk mixture.
Nothing better than a warm cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
A delicious skillet cookie!

You can find the recipe here on Averie Cooks blog! Check it out!

Enjoy!

Thanks so much, Rissi! Breyer’s is my favorite, too. With the exception of Ben & Jerry’s maybe…;).
